This review is By KT from: Drugs War (Paperback)

I had no idea what to expect when I started reading this book. I found it enjoyable to read, a good story with some twists. Every chapter left me eager to read the next, sometimes hardly able to keep my eyes open but I wanted to know what happened next and it did not disappoint. I wish there could be more of Pedro Sanchez but his creator John sadly passed away in March 2012 aged 91, this was his first novel and in its publication he a realised a lifelong ambition.

5.0 out of 5 stars Courage, 18 May 2012 By Hannah Neale “Terriers” (Sussex, UK)

William ‘John’ Taylor was an old friend, now sadly passed. This was his first novel, written when he was well into his eighties. Even more remarkable is the fact that he had lost his sight some years before. The book is a tribute to his own courage and the ‘wonders of modern technology’, without which the book would probably not have been possible

Drugs Wars was a great book to read and escape the train and tube journey to work. The author manages to paint a picture of individuals and situations that left me wanting much much more! Looking forward to the next one.
